We are a child-free establishment, so all published prices are based on adult-only occupancy. Rates given are per room per night and include homemade tea and cakes on arrival, drinks (including night caps) in the Great Hall, full English breakfast and VAT.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 week(s) before 18:00 on the day of check in free of charge. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week(s) before 18:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total. For reservations with multiple rooms this applies to each room. Please also note all cancellations or modifications must be made in writing by email. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.
Check in time is any time after 15:00pm. We may be able to accept luggage earlier than this time by prior arrangement. Check out time on the date of departure is 11:00am. If the room is not vacated by this time, the customer may be subject to another night charge. Equally we may be able to offer the service to guests where we can hold luggage after 11:00am until the end of the day on the date of departure by arrangement.
Smoking at Abbots Grange is strictly prohibited other than outside in the grounds where metal sand buckets are provided. Should it be found that guest/s have smoked in their room or any other parts of the property we reserve the right to charge a £250 fee for fumigation services. Please do not smoke at any time in any part of the property.
Your booking is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between Abbots Grange and you. You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with Abbots Grange on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these conditions.
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to Abbots Grange in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding Abbots Grange must be brought to the attention of the owners as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to Abbots Grange.
